Saturno Ethics Charter

Saturno is a tool for practitioners working in spirituality, meaning and personal development: interpretive and guidance practices (astrologers, tarot readers, Human Design practitioners, numerologists) and related professions. These practices touch on the intimate, and the quality of the relationship between practitioner and client rests entirely on trust.

This charter sets out the commitments made by every practitioner using Saturno. It protects clients, recognises serious practitioners, and safeguards the integrity of the community built around the platform.

It forms an integral part of Saturno’s Terms of Service. By signing it, I acknowledge that it binds me contractually.

1. Honesty and transparency

1.1. Presenting an honest and accurate profile. I provide accurate information about my identity, my training, my practices, my location and my legal structure. I do not claim qualifications, certifications or experience that I do not have.

1.2. Being trained in my practice. I work in areas in which I have received serious training, which I can describe to my clients on request.

1.3. Stating prices and terms clearly. I set out the price, duration and structure of my sessions in advance. No hidden costs, no surprises.

1.4. Using digital tools transparently. I use Saturno’s recording, transcription and AI summary features within their intended scope. I answer my clients’ questions about them clearly, and I make no improper use of them.

1.5. Complying with the law. I comply with the legal, tax and regulatory obligations applicable to my activity, including in relation to data protection and consumer law.

2. Professional conduct

2.1. Welcoming without discrimination. I welcome every client with humanity, without judgement, and without discrimination based on origin, gender, orientation, religion or any other characteristic.

2.2. Working conscientiously. I honour my commitments, I take care over the quality of my work, and I communicate clearly with every client.

2.3. Not overstating my practice. I claim no supernatural gift, no power, and no privileged access to hidden truths. My practice rests on tools, interpretive frameworks, attentive listening and experience, not on extraordinary faculties. I present the nature and the limits of what I offer honestly.

2.4. A duty of care, not a duty of results. I commit to bringing my knowledge, my tools and my full attention to the service of my client. I do not guarantee that an event will occur, that a prediction will be accurate, or that a specific outcome will be reached. No promise of results forms part of my commitments.

2.5. Not standing in for a professional. My practice is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial consultation. I do not present myself as such, I do not give advice falling within those fields, and I make this clear to my clients.

2.6. Respecting confidentiality. Everything shared in session by my client remains confidential. I do not disclose their identity, their words or their story to any third party, except at their explicit request or where required by law.

3. Respect for free will

3.1. No deterministic predictions. My practices explore dynamics, cycles and possibilities, never fixed futures. I leave my client full responsibility for their choices and full recognition of their free will.

3.2. Preserving the client’s autonomy. I do not create dependency. I do not manufacture a need for repeated sessions or continuous reassurance. My role is to shed light, not to direct.

3.3. Protecting vulnerable people. I am particularly vigilant with clients in fragile situations (loneliness, bereavement, separation, financial hardship, altered emotional state). I never exploit that vulnerability, and I decline repeated sessions that would amount to a dependency on consultation rather than genuine support.

3.4. No proselytising. I do not use my sessions to promote a religious belief, a political ideology, or a sectarian movement. The session remains within the frame of the practice as advertised.

3.5. Never selling under pressure or urgency. I do not present any situation as urgent, dangerous or blocked in order to prompt a purchase. I never make the resolution of a difficulty conditional on buying further sessions, courses or services. I do not build pricing escalations in which each step calls for the next. A client must be able to stop at any time without my implying that they are taking a risk.

4. Ethical framework of the session

4.1. Not claiming to communicate with the deceased. I do not present myself as an intermediary with deceased persons, and I do not offer sessions intended to convey messages from the dead. This practice exposes bereaved clients, often in great vulnerability, to promises no practitioner can keep. By extension, I do not claim to summon spirits or to act as an intermediary with unseen entities.

4.2. Not performing occult work. I do not offer curse removal, magic, witchcraft, or paid rituals intended to act on a person’s destiny, will or circumstances. Such services, historically the ground on which abuse and financial exploitation occur, have no place on Saturno.

4.3. Not holding sessions with minors. I do not work with minors in session, regardless of parental authorisation.

I may, however, produce an analysis commissioned by a parent regarding their minor child (for example a birth chart), provided four conditions are met: it relies solely on the birth data supplied by the parent; the minor does not take part and is not present; the content remains descriptive and symbolic; and it contains no educational, medical, academic, dietary or career recommendation concerning the child. I make no diagnosis and no interpretation bearing on a minor’s health, development or behaviour.

4.4. Maintaining a clear boundary with my clients. I neither enter into nor solicit any romantic, intimate or sexual relationship with a client. This boundary is essential to preserving trust and the integrity of the work.

4.5. Not interfering with medical care. I never advise a client to suspend, alter or stop a treatment or a course of medical care, including psychological or psychiatric care. I do not disparage healthcare professions or ongoing treatment. I offer no practice presented as having a therapeutic, curative or preventive effect on any illness.

4.6. Referring on where needed. If I notice signs of serious distress in a client (significant suffering, suicidal thoughts, dissociative states, addiction), or if the situation falls outside the scope of my practice, I say so plainly, I do not attempt to handle it myself, and I refer the person to a qualified health professional (doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist) or to the appropriate emergency resources. In France, 3114 is the national suicide prevention line, free and available 24/7. Saturno provides me with a resource sheet setting out what to do, which I undertake to read.

4.7. Not turning the session into a sales pitch. The session is a time for support, not for commerce. I may answer a question or mention a service if it meets a need the client has expressed, but I do not actively solicit my clients during the session. Any promotion takes place outside that time.

5. My public content

The commitments in this charter do not stop at the session: they apply to everything I publish through Saturno: profile, service descriptions, sales pages, courses, testimonials, and communications to my clients.

5.1. No therapeutic claims. My content does not present my practice as having a healing, curative, treating, preventive or symptom-relieving effect on any illness, symptom or disorder, physical or psychological. I do not use medical or paramedical vocabulary to describe what I offer.

5.2. No promise of results. I do not promise that an event will occur, that a situation will be resolved, that financial gain will follow, or that transformation is guaranteed. What I advertise corresponds to what I actually do.

5.3. Honest testimonials. The testimonials I publish are genuine, collected with their author’s agreement, and suggest no effect on any illness or medical situation.

5.4. A clear presentation of my practice. My content allows anyone to understand what my practice consists of, what it is not, and what it does not replace.

6. Applying the charter

6.1. An open reporting channel. Any client, and any person, may report a breach of this charter to Saturno. Every report is reviewed and results in a reasoned decision.

6.2. Consequences of a breach. Depending on the seriousness and repetition of the breach, Saturno may require me to amend my content or my practice, issue me a warning, suspend my account, or terminate it. In the event of a serious breach, in particular of articles 3.3, 3.5, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5 and 5.1, suspension may take effect immediately and without notice while the report is investigated.

6.3. A charter that evolves. Saturno may update this charter. I will be informed of any new version and invited to accept it. If I do not accept it, I remain free to leave the platform.

6.4. My responsibility remains mine. Saturno is a tool for managing my activity. It does not practise on my behalf, nor does it validate the content of my sessions. I remain solely responsible for my practice, my content and their consequences, and I ensure that I hold insurance appropriate to my activity.

By signing this charter, I undertake on my honour to uphold each of these principles in my daily practice on Saturno.
